APPETIZERS

• Oysters Trio: Succulent oysters served in three delightful ways—Natural with a hint of lemon, Kilpatrick for a smokey kick, or Mornay for that creamy indulgence.
• Tempura zucchini flowers: Crispy tempura-battered zucchini flowers generously filled with velvety goats’ cheese and chives. Served on a bed of Colliflower puree with a drizzle of vibrant sauce vierge.

MAIN

• Eye Fillet: Tender eye-fillet paired with a radicchio and prosciutto salad, accompanied by hand cut fries and Lucious bearnaise sauce.
• Gnocchi: Pillowy gnocchi adorned with roast pumpkin, pickled pear, crunchy walnut sprouts, and a decadent touch of blue cheese.

DESSERT

• Dark Chocolate & hazelnut delice: A rich and indulgent dark chocolate and hazelnut delice paired perfectly with creamy salted caramel gelate.
• Stawberry Mille Fuille: Layers of flaky pastry, vannilla mascarponc, and refreshing strawberry sorbet come together in a delightful strawberry mile fuille.
